To support its growth, ACENSI Belgium is recruiting for one of our client, a major stakeholder of the energy field, a Marketing Operational Support Junior/Medior (M/F/X) 


Context of the mission

The Marketing & Sales Business Unit of the client (operating from Brussels) is looking for a strong medior/junior marketing profile to join the agile squads, multiskilled teams around specific customer segments and products/services.


Objectives of the job

The missions consists in :

- Defining approaches, offers and stories to target different customer groups in a smart way, based on preliminary analysis of insights and other hypotheses.
- Setting up approaches to monitor the KPI’s and to capture new insights.
- Defining briefings detailing the stories Cross-channel 
- Coordinate their implementation with the Digital Marketing team, Communication, and Sales channels
- Update continuously the acquisition, retention, loyalty, winback plan through new ideas and an active analysis of the performance and the available marketing budget.



Required Knowledge and Experience


Business experience required

- Good knowledge of new marketing techniques: have experience around digital (Google analytics, Salesforce Mkt Cloud, Content Square , Usabilla) and X-channel marketing techniques/related tools
- High customer centricity through active listening to the voice of the customer
- Storytelling skills: build attracting and engaging stories based on customer external and internal painpoints
- Product and service knowledge and interest (Home Services, PV, Energy, Smart…)


Personal Skills

- Learn fast: assimilate quickly a lot of information in a complex environment

- Analytic mind: transform data and insights into priorities and hypotheses
- Leadership: have a strong drive, assertiveness and excellent collaboration skills

Language requirements

- FR native is a plus, fluent in NL
